As part of the precautionary measures and lock down for 21 days from 25.03.2020 through out the Country, further to the strong possibility of a widespread outbreak of Novel Corona Virus (Covid-19), various Toddy/ Foreign Liquor licensed shops in the State of Kerala have been closed down. In the circumstance, in case of any contingency due to the unavailability of the liquor, the facilities of the following Vimukthi De-addiction Centers, under the control of Excise Department, may be utilized.

In cases, where hospital treatment is not necessary, Vimukthi Counseling Centers at Thiruvananthapuram, Ernakulam or Kozhikode may be contacted for counseling, details of which are given below.
