New PhD holders of Excise Department, Smt. Rajitha T, and Smt. Lisha S. were greeted by the Excise Commissioner, for their achievement, in a meeting conducted at Excise Head Quarters, Thiruvananthapuram on 26/04/2019. Smt. Rajitha T. obtained the Doctoral Degree in History from Kerala University, and Smt Lisha S. obtained the Doctoral Degree in Positive Psychology from Bharathiar University.
